- Una revisión séptica de una articulación artificial se divide rutinariamente en una fase sucia y una fase limpia. Las medidas tomadas para iniciar el inicio de la fase limpia varían significativamente entre los centros de infección musculoesquelética. Realizamos simulaciones de intercambios en un solo paso de THA infectados y buscamos 1) determinar el efecto de diferentes protocolos de fase limpia en el campo estéril, y 2) determinar si es posible o no reimplantar la nueva prótesis completamente limpia.
- Recomendamos incorporar una fase limpia con medidas adicionales completas en el tratamiento quirúrgico de infecciones de prótesis articulares, ya que las medidas parciales parecen ser un mal compromiso.
